About Me
Michael offers a significant amount of life experience and integrity. Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2018, Michael’s work experience resounds of diligence, ambition, and goal achievement. In his early adulthood, Michael worked as Production Associate at a paper corrugation factory. He worked his way up the chain of command by expanding his knowledge of the various equipment, attended several college courses to boost his managerial knowledge, and gained the mutual respect with coworkers. In time, Michael grew into Supervisory, Plant Management, Quality Management, Environmental Management, and General Manager positions.
While he enjoyed his career, Michael has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and loves working with people. He ran a successful business with his wife for nine years before deciding to relocate to Texas for a career opportunity. Eventually the Ogans landed in Indiana where they were closer to family, and decided to pursue real estate. Michael is an excellent agent for clients looking for someone with a wealth of knowledge, someone who will make sure your questions get answered, and can stand firm to ensure you are satisfied with the transaction.
A few words from Michael:
“Holding various positions during my tenure at multiple manufacturing locations gave me the opportunity to find my passion. I held many leadership titles which allowed me to work with a diverse group of individuals. What I learned over the years is that I love to help people. It makes me feel good when I can help them find solutions to problems or give them guidance. There is no better reward to me than showing someone the way and watching them seize the day. This passion and my skills have transitioned easily to the real estate field. I absolutely love helping first time home buyers! Most do not know where to start and many are not ready. Often, I set them on a plan to achieve homeownership. This may include setting up a budget, improving their credit score, and even reducing their debts quickly using proven techniques. Closing day is when the reward really kicks in for me though. The excitement on the faces of people when they have officially bought their own home is priceless.“
