Lacey and her Teammate Michael made the whole process super easy and was always available to answer questions!! What I liked most about them was simple be honest and having integrity, telling me things maybe I don't want to hear but need to. Example, my home was actually priced correct, in fact there was about another 10-15k equity. I wanted to start off really low, she let me know that if I was serious, I need to give a serious offer as well. Glad I did, because as I said, the appraisal came back more than the actual purchase agreement price. I had a realtor when I first started buying houses 20 plus years ago, that would let me low ball, and we never got any serious counters. So, using someone who will be honest even if it's not what you want to hear.
